Disley Runners is a friendly trail running club based in Disley on the edge of the Peak District.
Everyone is welcome to join us for a run – we meet 7.10pm at Malt Disley on Tuesdays & Thursdays
Tuesday evening is a training session suitable for all. The coaching may include hill or speed work, warm-ups and technique. This will also suit new, returning and shorter distance runners with a distance of around 5km at a pace to suit everyone.
We also meet for a sociable 10km trail run every Thursday evening. Routes are different every week and give a great opportunity to discover new trails in and around Disley.
Please read our running safety advice here before taking part.
Please check the Facebook feed on the day to ensure the run is on at the usual time and location hasn’t changed etc.
